Completing an application does not guarantee sponsorship or vendor space. This is a rain or shine event. PIJJ is a fundraising event so refunds or cancellations will not be awarded for any reasons outside Pleasure Island Jeep Jam, LLC control
Pleasure Island Jeep Jam reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to schedules, pricing, activities, locations, etc without notice. Pleasure Island Jeep Jam, the towns of Carolina Beach, Fort Fisher and Kure Beach, Blakeslee Air Force Recreation Area and Fort Fisher State Recreation Area and 4x4 beach or any affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the Pleasure Island Jeep Jam event.
